Ant Farm Media, Inc. produced a hybrid event — which is an in-person event that also has a virtual element to it, typically through Zoom, WebEx or Teams.  This allows people who cannot attend in-person to be able to participate virtually.

The event was for the Delray Beach Club’s Member Meeting and was hosted at the Pavilion Grille event space in Boca Raton.

The event had over 250 attendees in-person, and over 100 virtual attendees log-in through a custom made webinar on Zoom.

The moderator was able to field questions from the audience, as well as from the attendees on Zoom.

We provided all of the AV for the event, including Staging, Screens, Projectors, and a 4 powered speaker PA System with table top wireless hand held microphones.

Not only does Ant Farm Media provide Live Streaming and Hybrid Event services, we also produce 100% Virtual Conferences and Meetings that don’t require any in-person element if it’s not needed.  This allows all presenters and the audience to call-in and connect to our Webinar interface.  How big or how small the event is is entirely up to you!

And, of course, we provide good old fashion Event Production, where it’s all in-person with no virtual element.
