Showcasing the Charm: Ant Farm Media Creates A promotional Video for Rockledge

In an up and coming city like Rockledge, where history meets modernity and natural beauty intertwines with urban life, capturing its essence in words alone can be a daunting task. So when the city of Rockledge decided to commission a promotional video to encapsulate its unique allure, they turned to the expertise of Ant Farm Media.

City Manager for the City of Rockledge, Dr. Brenda Fettrow, and Rockledge’s City Clerk & Public Relations Officer, Jennifer LeVasseur, reached out to Ant Farm Media to produce a promotional video for the city. Well, it was more a video to “brag” about the city.  And we can understand why! There’s a lot to brag about.  Rockledge is one of those hidden gems, right along I-95 and a short distance from the beach, so you can pretty much get to anywhere very easily!

Nestled in the heart of Florida off the Indian River, Rockledge is not just a city; it’s a vibrant tapestry woven with stories of resilience, progress, and community spirit. From its small town appeal to its sprawling parks and recreational facilities, there’s something for everyone in Rockledge. However, conveying this rich tapestry visually required a skilled hand and a creative vision.

At the heart of the promotional video lies a carefully crafted narrative, with a script written by City Clerk and Public Relations Officer at the city, Jennifer LeVasseur, that celebrates Rockledge’s past, present, and future. By highlighting its historical landmarks, thriving businesses, and diverse cultural offerings, the video showcases Rockledge as more than just a city; it’s a place brimming with opportunity and vitality.

Production was a lot of fun! We got to interview long-term and new residents of Rockledge alike, as well as some new and long-time business owners in the city.  It really helped put a perspective on how great Rockledge is for living and working in.

Upon its release, the promotional video produced by Ant Farm Media quickly garnered widespread acclaim, captivating audiences near and far with over 1,500 views in less than 24 hours! Whether shared on social media platforms by residents and businesses, or screened at local events by the City of Rockledge, the video serves as a powerful tool for attracting visitors, businesses, and new residents to Rockledge.

In collaboration with Ant Farm Media, the city of Rockledge has succeeded in creating a promotional video that not only showcases its inherent charm but also captures the imaginations of all who watch it. As Rockledge continues to evolve and grow, this video stands as a testament to the city’s unwavering spirit and its commitment to sharing its story with the world.
